"I needed specific hats literally in my hands in 48 hours or less. There was no option at my checkout for such expediting. I couldn't get a rep late that night so I was in a panic until the following morning when I was able to call and speak to someone. I spoke to a customer service rep and they instantly diffused the situation and guaranteed I'd have them by the following morning without changing my shipping. I was very nervous having been in similar scenarios in the past with different vendors but as promised they were on my doorstep that next morning ready to go!

Only complaint is that there weren't many color choices when you get the ones with the grey body, and colored sleeves. Really wish I could get some more color choices.
