"I ordered a ring on February 6th 2024 and paid an extra 25 CAD for express shipping, and it was stated that shipping would be within 3 working days. 2 weeks later I contacted them as I had not received my order and they told me that my order had not proceeded and they needed to complete the order. It wasn't until the 5th of March 2024 that I finally got a shipping confirmation email, I finally got my order on the 12th of March 2024. although the product is nice, it is not worth the price and the hassle, and the customer service is not understanding and is very dismissive. If i had read the reviews before hand i would not have ordered from this company. "

"My partner proposed to me on October 20th this year and we still don’t have my ring , when we orders they first sent out the ring saying it would take 8 days, it took more than 2 weeks , when the ring arrived it was too big they sent the wrong size and charged more for the larger size (£12) we had to contact them on Facebook messenger and email and couldn’t get a response for days someone eventually got back to us and we managed to send it back to get a new one sent out , we sent the ring back and still haven’t received our new one , no emails no communication at all , i emailed the company telling them I wanted a full refund for the ring as we would buy else where and now there saying the new ring is shipped so I can’t get my refund , still don’t have my ring, or the refund , won’t be buying anything again from the site "

"Order not received, because they messed up the delivery address on the label. They not only didn't send the ring again after i corrected the address for them, but refused to refund me even though the ring was sent back to them. So they had their ring back plus my money! After protesting of their incompetent customer service they agreed to send back the ring, but guess what? They messed up the label AGAIN and the order was sent back to them AGAIN! I have been shopping online for so many years, and never had a problem like this!
