"I sent email to this customer three times via Amazon.com. They never responded. I paid an extra $9.99 for expedited shipping and the product hadn't arrived after almost a week from San Diego to Los Angeles. I went directly to the company's website. Their "contact us" led you to a page where you could send an email. No response from that either. I will never do business with this company, or Amazon.com again. Frankly, I will check out ALL internet retailers at Reseller Ratings b4 buying.

The biggest complaint I have about this company is that they don't publish ANY phone numbers and IGNORE ALL email correspondence.

"I order via Amazon's site. I live in Los Angeles. JoWow is in San Diego, 110 miles away. I order a 4 gig Sandisk CF card and needed it ASAP as I was leaving town. I was told it shipped April 1st. It is now April 6th and still nothing. USPS Priority Mail, $10.00 for a CF Card OEM. These guys are a big rip off and joke. $10.00 for a $.43 cent stamp. They just sent me a email saying they will no longer stock this item, even after they sent me one saying it shipped. Do not buy from them "

"Any company that does not post a physical address is a FRAUD.

Could not be a member of any Chamber or the BBB -anyone disagreeing must be a "straw plant" for this Company.

This company is a SCAM - DO NOT do business with them.

Misleading advertising - no packling slip etc.

I cannot believe AMAZON allows them to participate!

"Ordered SanDisk 2GB micro SD, received confirmation of mailing within 24-hours. After two weeks, I emailed, stating I had not received package. JoWow responded by saying I would be receiving package within a few days. After three weeks, received another email requesting confirmation of shipping address. Company does not sound legit. Cancelled the order."

"I bought two products from the company. They were slow on delivery and had a misleading product information.

I wrote a bad review about the company on Amazon. The company then emailed me telling me that they would give me a small refund to remove my bad rating.

This company seems very shady.

"The purchase I made was for a Belkin carrying case for my iPod. It came with great speed and was exactly what I ordered.
I was reading the reviews from the other commentors and noticed the ridiculous comment about needing physical proof.
Most small companies don't post a physical address with a fear of being robbed. This has happened several times to companies that were about to hit it big.
Not releasing a physical address was a smart move on Jowow.
Don't believe such irrational and ignorant words that the comment states.

"This vendor IS A SCAM!! If you research them on Amazon and even their own storefront website (jowow.com), you'll see that they have carefully excluded ANY information that would identify them in the physical world: street, city, country, phone#, etc. They have attempted to pressure negative reviewers with a counter-negative rating on the buyer in an effort to get them to retract the seller negative rating. They will also attempt to pressure buyers giving negative reviews to retract those negative reviews by mandating RESTOCKING FEES FOR THE RETURN OF DEFECTIVE AND/OR COUNTERFEIT product (if a buyer agrees to retract a negative rating, the restocking fee is waived).
DO YOUR RESEARCH -? IF THE VENDOR DOESN'T HAVE PHYSICAL IDENTIFICATION (street, city, country, phone#, etc) -> DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!! it's your choice (they're laughing all the way to the bank with your money)...

"I ordered four SanDisk 1GB flash drives on Amazon but when I got the confirmation discovered that they were charging me nearly $27 for shipping for items that weighed under 1 lb. The initial price was very good but found that they were making up for it with outrageous shipping charges. Within minutes of making the order, I logged back onto Amazon and through them, contacted the seller telling them that I wanted to cancel the order and WHY I wanted to cancel the order. They failed to respond and so I wrote them again with the same results. Today I got a notification that they had shipped the order! I wrote to Amazon about the outrageous shipping but they only came back with some lame excuse which only told me that they don't really give a damn as long as they get their cut. When the items arrive I will refuse them and call my credit card to disupute the charges. It must be really bad out there when these vendors have to cheat and lie to make money. Believe me, I'm going to be far more careful in the future; I'm also going to check here at Resellerratings before I spend any more money with anyone."

"I ordered a SanDisk Extreme III 2GB SD Card by mistake. When I ask to return the card and exchange it for a SanDisk Extreme III CF Card they emailed me that I could return the card for a 15% restocking fee but that they did not do exchanges. I immediately did an Amazon review and JoWow then emailed me stating that if I removed the bad review they would waive the 15% restocking fee."
