There was an issue with the light. So I called and spoke with Todd F. He noticed that I live in Massachusetts so he was nice enough to tell me to bring it to my local dealer so they can warranty the part. They told me no they wouldn't just warranty it since it was not brought from their dealership. They wanted to have a technician look at it at my cost.... crazy
Called Todd back and he just told me that if I purchased a new one he would send it up and credit my account when je receives the other back. Now that is customer service. Makes me wish I lived near Atlanta so I can buy my next Audi from them. Thanks for the service"
