"I called ahead to see if you had the parts instock for my 2012 A5 quattro. The parts guy told me the were in stock. I went back on line to order them. I waited to see a confirmation for my order. I was expecting to see them shipped quickly since it said 1-4 days to process depending on instock availability. I ordered on 10/23. I called twice to check on the status. Taking over a week to process an order to me is unacceptable. The first time I was told they had to order my part because you didn't stock them. Wrong I call to check before I ordered. I was told the 1 sensor I ordered was going to be their on 10/30 and I would receive it by 11/4. When i still didn't have the parts I called again. This time I had to call 2 times to talk to somebody because the person in charge of online orders didn't call me back as I was told he would. When I did call to complain he told me it was already processed and he cold refund the shipping $34 and some change. My order was for almost $700.00. He then told me I would have it by Wednesday 11/4 still again it didn't receive it. It finally showed up on Friday 11/6. That to me isn't very good customer service. I waited over 2 weeks for my parts. I ordered from you because you had great prices over my local Audi dealer. Their price was about $300.00 more for the same stuff. For me two weeks of waiting I would rather spend the extra money to be driving my car! The only reason I gave a 2 star review was for the friendliness of the parts guy I talked to to see if you had the parts in stock before I ordered them!"
