I thought this would be a serious provider but I was wrong and till this day, I still regret I bought from this store.
I bought the Jiayu S3 Advanced in start of may this year and I got my order pretty fast with DHL but when I got the device, I noticed two problems with it. First problem was the screen that was coming out a tiny bit out of the casing and thus at higher risk for damage. Second problem was a few dead pixels in the screen. The providers website states that each device is controlled 100% before shipping but this was clearly not the case with my order.
When I addressed this to the provider, they told me to send it back with regular mail service, but it never arrived at their store, the package was lost in China, while address was correct…
I addressed all this to the Jiayu manufactuer’s support desk, but now after 6 month, they stopped answering my mails and I’m still left with nothing while they got my money.
I’m very angry of course because if they had controlled the device properly, there would be no problems and I would have been very glad with the smartphone. But instead of it, they ignore all of my mails since august and keep my money. So, I’ll keep posting this until they resolve the issue.
