"The item I purchased was incorrectly advertised. I wrote a review on their site and was contacted by the jeweler who promised to correct the error. After 5 months and constant empty promises I finally received a replacement item, and it was identical to the original incorrect item! I also notice they removed my review from their web site, so they sensor their product reviews to appear better than they actually are. My experience has been bad. The products are not accurate, the quality mediocre, and the service very unprofessional. "
