"Ordered a custom ring for my daughters birthdayon April 24, 2010, her b'day is May 14, 2010. Payment in full was charged the day I ordered, but ZERO communication from JewelrybyNet. Started calling and e-mailing on May 5. NO RESPONSE to messages or e-mails. Finally spoke with a gentleman on Monday May 9 - who GUARANTEED delivery by Jenn's birthday on Friday May 14. Received notification on Wed May 12 package was shipped USPS Priority at 9:00pm - basically May 13. When I called again was told it went out 2 day delivery - he LIED straight up!! Today is MAy 16 and I still do not have ring. At cost of $190 I could not afford to go out and get her another gift so I gave her a picture in a box - HOW PATHETIC - when you mail a package 3-5 day mail the day before it is supposed to be delivered you either do not care about customer service or are stupid!!"
