The first girl I spoke to seemed nice, but once I told her I had a problem with my order she became irritable and passed me off to someone else because she didn't want to deal with the problem. Second girl was no better, she seemed to have no idea what to do or how to handle anything, seemed more like a high-school ditz. I asked to cancel my order since no one could help me, and they gave me a runaround until someone named Joe got on the line and tried to sell me something else. I wanted a call back when they found my order, but was told that if I hung up he would cancel it. Very rude service."
