"Would give them zero stars if possible. My wife ordered a ring from Jeulia; they sent her three items - two unordered but charged for. The ring she ordered had two stones out of the setting. Initially we desired to have it fixed, but after several weeks of emails we decided to just return the ring. Sent all the items back to them. They then argued that because the ring was broken we could not return it, but were forced to have it repaired. It has taken over three months, multiple complaints and disputing with Paypal and the Credit Card but our account has been refunded. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS AGAIN."
