I have been buying stuff online for over four years and never have had a problem, I mostly buy from newegg.com (great company.)
I decided to buy an iaudio m3 from jetaudio.com because they had a deal where if you bought 1 20gb m3 you would receive 2 iaudio CW300s.
So I thought id spend $50 more and buy from them and get the free mp3 players.
After a week I received the m3 and 1 CW300, so I thought maybe I made a mistake and it was only for 1 CW300 so I looked at the invoice and it showed "iAudio CW300 CU 128MB (Free Promotion) 2 $ .00 $ .00"
So I emailed them and they said it was only for 1 CW300 and they couldn't do anything about it.
Finally they said they would send me some free headphones because of the hassle, a month later and nothing.
So to sum things up they changed my order WITHOUT telling me, they won’t fix the mistake they made, and they never sent the "gift" that they promised.

"I have ordered twice from JetAudio. The first time I ordered iAudio CW200 512MB MP3 player for my husband for Christmas. Recently, I reordered the USB cable for this player since my husband lost his. Both times I was happy with the purchase process and price. My husband has been extremely happy with his MP3 player. He uses it at the gym and when running and the quality withstood. The shipping prices are a bit steep for something small like the USB cable by itself, but other than that I have no complaints."
