Terrible Customer Service!

"We restore old vehicles and contacted Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard today concerning an extremely high shipping fee(almost as much as the part!) The gentleman was rude and nasty, not at all interested in my business today or in the future! I asked if there was possibly another method to ship and he spoke to me as though I was stupid! The part was not anything heavy, it was $105 BUT to ship it $97! I don’t believe this was necessary nor was his unprofessional attitude! I then went to write my review and saw many negative reviews on 1) wrong parts shipped 2) no refunds for errors, etc and am very thankful we did not fl do business with them! We never will do business with them. I then found the same part on EBay for $69 and free shipping. Good Luck Bronco Graveyard…. I think your future is minimal snd the term “graveyard” is very appropriate for your dying business!!!"

NO Customer SERVICE!

"I ordered a complete brake drum set up through Steve at JBGraveyard who wouldn't take my order over the phone! Instead, Steve gave me part numbers for the cast drums to order directly from the website . Unfortunately, on the website they listed two different types of Brake Drum sets for the same year model Bronco. In other words, the Brake Drum sets are listed backwards. I called Steve to make sure that I got the cast drums that I needed and not the forged drums and explained to him that their parts were crossed in two locations. JBG had already sent the wrong parts once to my client. Also, their wheel cylinders do not fit because theirs have the cups on the outside of the wheel cylinder when the factory has them inverted. The Bronco was towed to my shop because the owner was shipped incorrect parts which almost cost him a very bad accident. Fortunately, O'Reily Auto Parts has the correct Wheel Cylinders and I even gave Steve at Graveyard the part number hoping to save someone else, the incorrect Cylinders can hit the back of the studs on the hubs. Anyway they sent me the wrong Drums and blamed it on me and didn't offer to fix their wrong. I've purchased thousands of dollars of Parts from JEFF's Bronco Graveyard getting wrong parts half of the time and them refusing to take back! There are plenty other options out there now, I suggest calling those people first. I'm disappointed that I have 300.00 in Parts I cannot use and had to buy the correct Parts from another supplier out of my own pocket because Graveyard dropped the ball and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Jeff's Bronco Graveyard is the best place to find early Ford Bronco parts. Great prices, in-stock items, fast shipping. I will buy from Jeff again. Thanks"
