"We ordered a 10K white gold, AAA clarity 1ct sapphire ring with 0.5ct diamond halo. What we received looked nothing like what we ordered. The ring was terrible quality and a full size larger than what we ordered. The sapphire was highly included and rated as B quality at best, and the diamonds were barely visible chips. The band at the back was so thin that it was a joke. Took it to a local jeweler only to find out that despite being advertised as solid white gold, and being stamped 10K, it was actually white gold plated over rose gold. Their response was that they sent us someone else's ring. They had nothing to say about trying to pass off a gold plated ring as solid white gold. We sent it back and they've had it back for over 2 weeks and we've yet to receive a refund. This company is extremely shady. "

Really one word that can describe me will be Bridezilla who is a perfectionist and needed everything her way. Ofcourse the engagement ring needed to just perfect. Just the way I wanted it. My Fiancé thought I would never be able to get married as I could not decide on my ring.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with JeenJewels. I wanted to get a ring that had a diamond and ruby for my parents birthstones, as they wanted to get me something meaningful for a big day but are not around with me anymore. "Put money down for a ring on layaway. The web-site makes it look like you can refund your money anytime and if you decide to cancel the order then no big deal. I emailed them to cancel my order and at that point they tell me that they are keeping 14% of the price of the ring just for the hell of it. Keep in mind, they were not keeping 14% of what I put down, they are keeping 14% of the total price of the ring.....which had not even been made yet so these guys have not been inconvenienced in any way whatsoever, they are just stealing. I have never returned anything and had the store go, "Ya know, we're going to keep 14% just because we feel we are entitled to it." Just because you put it in the fine print doesn't make it ethically or morally OK. You guys are scumbags and I pray nobody else makes the same mistake I did.

I recently purchased an engagement ring which is one of the biggest and most momentous purchases one will make.


I was more nervous about the purchase itself than I was about the actual proposal. Took them months to deliver anytime you inquire about the progress on your order they keep telling you only 1 jewler is allowed to make your ring and that he/she is sick had a death in the family. Sound unsympathetic but here I am 7 months later still unsatisfied only to find that their retailers (sears) list their jewellery. Cheaper than on their site. I urge you if your Fiance has fallin in love with their stuff online go to Sears and just buy their "Custom jewellery" there instead. At least Sears has someone you can talk to Face to Face.
