Two months of nightmare

"My first order was placed on 29/11/20 for multiple items and was paid through the PayPal. The wrong item was sent and I had returned it with tracking straight away. To return the item there is necessity to make a telephone call to get a code that has to be written in the return form. While getting the code I was offered by a customer service lady to place another other for the same item as they apparently don’t do replacements for the same order. I have placed another order for the same item hoping that I will get the right one this time. This second order was paid by my Credit Card on the phone. The second order arrived by item was poorly made and the printed paint was peeling off. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was unacceptable. The item was promptly returned to the seller with the tracking. Than the nightmare has started. The refund issued for my second order on my Credit Card was wrong. They have corrected it. The refund was given just for the cost of the item. Apparently according to their policy they should send the cheque in the mail for the shipment refund. The cheque has never arrived even after multiple requests and sending attachments with tracking details as a proof. When they are asked to pay a refund for the first order I made payed through the PayPal they said that I have already received the refund on my Credit Card. I have explained that refund was for my second other placed on the phone and that they still owe me a refund for the first order paid through the PayPal. Though I have provided photos and details of payment with the PayPal and with the Credit Card they didn’t want to check I and I was given the same answer – You got your refund on your Credit Card. On the end I made an issue on the PayPal and finally I got refund for the first order on 16/2/21 but only for the item cost. The allegedly send cheques in a letter for the return postage cost were never sent as they have never arrived. They still owe me 15.12 pounds for two return shipment costs which I will never see I guess.
I would like to warn potential customers of the incompetence of this company and nightmare they might face as I did. They are liars as well as they are not refunding for the return cost. So be warned.
