Jaybird X2. Avoid this brand, at all costs!

"Expensive ear buds, recommended by Best Buy, inferior product, failed to pair after 1 year of use. Many people have had same problem. After sales service not commensurate with expensive product, unwilling to fix or replace. Only interested in making more $ out of you and insulting by offering 15 % discount of another one of their appalling products. Deplorable...."
