Horrible Customer Service.....

"I don't write reviews with much detail, but the poor shipping experience on this purchase and lack of Customer Service I felt others that need to be aware..... Needed a last minute bingo game for a fundraising event. Placed order last Sunday afternoon noon. Needed the game for the following Saturday. Since I needed the shipment delivered before Saturday, I selected and paid $44 for 2Day shipping service to insure I received it by Wednesday. Shipment was processed and picked Monday up by carrier. After shipment didn't arrive Wednesday, checked tracking which only showed shipment picked up and in transit. E-mailed Customer Service with details and requested they check shipment status and send a duplicate shipment overnight(at their cost) if they couldn't get the initial shipment to me by Friday as I needed it for the fundraising event. I did receive reply same day, but was given a response by Sherri that she was checking with carrier and would know more the following day. She added that the expedited shipping services are only estimates and not guaranteed. So I guess you're paying big $$$ for an estimated shipping and shouldn't count on items being delivered per the service you paid extra for. After checking tracking again on Thursday, showed shipment had traveled from origin in Utica,MI to Allen Park, MI in three days and still showing in transit. Replied to Sherri's response As the shipment still did not arrive Thursday or Friday stating I assumed was not getting any Customer Service assistance since no duplicate order was processed in order to get it delivered by Friday and requested she track down the shipment, have it stopped and returned issuing me a Full refund. I've received no further communication from Sheri or anyone else in customer service."
