"I've never heard of Jacks Music Factory before but I'm glad I bought my Rode Videomic and Deadcat from them. I read about the site on a forum and some members gave them high praises. They were definitely right! The place rocks! They had a great price on the Rode Videomic. (You have to ask for a price quote). The Deadcat is overpriced for what it is though, essentially a piece of faux fur you can buy at a fabric store. Overall I am extremely happy about the deal I got for both of them. They have great customer service, shipping was prompt, and they even included a peppermint with the invoice! I will definitely order from them again."

"This company is fabulous! I needed a hard-to-find cable and they had several in stock for 1/2 the price of other companies on the net. I called beforehand to verify and stock with a live person immediately who was very helpful.
I received an email immediately after the order and later in the day to confirm shipment with a tracking number. Because I am also in CA, I received the product the next day for free shipping - not bad considering the box weighed 26 pounds!
