"Finally a manufacturer that takes the time to explain things and doesn't insult you if you are not a computer guru. Their prices were great and for the additional fee to put it all together and bench run it for 12 hours was worth it. Their prices were very good. I got what I wanted in my computer not what the builder wanted to sell you.After getting off the telephone I felt like I was talking with a friend and was going to get what I ordered without a hassle. It was delivered on time and upon opening the box I was pleasantly pleased to see my shiny black computer,( it shone like a new car finish)I didn't want to put fingerprints on the case. I opened the case and observed how neatly all the wires were laid out and tyed. You could see someone took pride in their work and time to route the wires properly. I fired it up and loaded my software and havent had a problem. It runs so quiet that I turned off everything in my office including the ceiling fan and could barely hear it run. It makes it easy to see its on when I see the blue light light on the front panel. My wife looked at the new computer and then at her(1yr old Gateway Pent IV)computer and then back at mine. I know what that look means, I'll be ordering another computer from J&N Computer Services very soon. I hope she lets me keep mine until hers is ordered. I only play games, she works on hers.
I'll never buy another computer from Gateway or Dell.

I am a home user who purchased a motherboard/cpu/memory combo from JNCS.com. I also purchased a hard drive that was on sale at the time. I have had them now for approx 4 months and they have run flawlessly. I leave my pc running 24 hrs a day.

This was my first purchase from JNCS and my main deciding factor for choosing them was their variety of motherboard configurations for those wanting to upgrade an existing pc. They install the cpu and memory and test the configuration prior to shipping. Not only were they helpful but they proved to be better then any on line place I have ever shopped at. "We received the assembled and tested system (Christmas Gift)as promised. We opened the Antec case to install the ATI video card and were so impressed with the professional assembly that we went through the hurdles of getting on this site. The Asus Bundle is now cooking away and working perfectly.

"A couple of weeks ago I ordered a motherboard bundle (ASUS P4PE) from JNCS. The system package arrived in good shape but once I installed the motherboard I experienced some instabilities that locked up the system. After discussions with their technical support I shipped the motherboard bundle back with no hassles. Another motherboard bundle was shipped which appeared to have a LAN problem communicating with my existing LAN. JNCS's technical support was able to help me resolver this problem and all is well. From my point of view, a good reseller is own that stands behind what they sell and knowledgeable technical support are worth their weight in gold. If their website was a bit more automated, I would give them a perfect 10 but since I had to phone in my order I will give them a 9.5."

"First let me say I didn't know that you guys were listed here. So that is why this is later then it probly should have been. I bought my first bundle system from JNCS in March 2001. Now I just got another and have had it for 2 weeks now. It is running great. Being local to where I work made it easy to go and ask all the questions I had. With my first system you guys even checked out my power supply and even helped me install it in the case, even though you were busy doing other work. I have never forgotten the way you went out of your way to make sure I was satisfied. And that being a newbe to building that I didn't make any preventable mistakes. With the New system I am completly happy. The instruction sheet included with the bundle helped me out alot. An I know that when it is time to upgrade or build another system I will be back. I also make it a point to tell anyone thinking of getting a system to check you guys out first and last. "
