"Jerome is a con man who has an overinflated view of himself and his computer expertise. See the picture below for how he "fixed" the button on my computer for over $300 (I am unable to download the picture of my computer where he "fixed" the non-working button by simply pulling the cord out of the side of the computer!). Additionally, he will quote you one price for "drive charge", then after he already has your computer, will increase the price. Moreover, Jerome said I could buy a "Toshiba" laptop from him for $200 that had Microsoft installed, and instead brought me a Lenovo that does not work. When I called him less than an hour after he left my house stating that the laptop is not working properly, he acknowledged that there was a problem, said he would exchange it in 2 days, cashed my check immediately and blocked further calls from me. I highly suggest you not do any kind of business with this guy, because he is a liar and a cheat."
