I Bought expensive binoculars ($1000+), found the housing cracked. JTH sent me a return shipping label right away so I could ship it back.

No replacement in stock at that time but they were willing to refund me. No, I love the binoculars and would like to wait for a a few days.

After a few days (less than one week) they got new ones, but found all binoculars have the "crack" on the housing. Their customer service asked me if I still want the binoculars since apparently the crack is a design issue.

No, I don't like the crack even if it is designed like this. I got refunded immediately!"
