"I placed an ofder for multiple items from jp carbon. A month and a half went by after asking for tracking and nothing. About 2 weeks later a package showed up with 1 of 3 items orderd that was the wrong item. I messaged them back letting them know i wanted a full refund with no response. Many times tryimg to contact them with no response and no further items. They have fully ripped me off. And are ignoring me. "

"They still operate the site and collect payments but they do not respond to your inquiries unless you are about to dispute the payment. And they try to string you along until it is too late to collect payment. I have reported them to the authorities and will make sure they get tracked down. "

I tried to get in contact with them on numerous occasions and even filed a dispute against them via my bank.
They never replied to my personal contact attempts and when the dispute was filed against them they did not wish to compensate me.
Under the return policy on JP Carbon's webpage they state that they 'Work hard to make sure each customer 100% satisified' and that they 'will resolve any problem.'
This is an absolute lie.
I am now a few hundred dollars out of pocket because of this company and will never ever do business with them again.
