"I have used JJ's house for my wedding and as a bridesmaid in other weddings. I like their selection of styles and colors. Their custom fittings are nice too. You can get good deals if you shop near a holiday and if you use JJ's points. The only downside is that a decent amount of their dresses do not work with typical bras so you often have to use strapless bras or cup bras, but this is typical in fancy dress companies. "

"My sisters and I ordered custom made bridemaid dresses from JJ House. We have custom ordered dresses from their site before and in the past were satisfied. This occasion, we followed JJ House's measurement instructions exactly, and even double checked. The dresses arrived yesterday. Each of them were grossly oversized. They did not match the measurements we sent at all. The dresses were practically falling off. We immediately reached out to JJ House customer service to let them know of the issue and our urgency to get this resolved, as the wedding is in 5 weeks. Expecting them to work with us to find a solution. Their team finally answered back and this was their response: "Given the uniqueness of and the cost of a personalized product, we have had your agreement that personalized items cannot be returned before you place the order." They do not stand behind their product. They did not propose any solution to their mistake and left us without any options. I am very disappointed with my experience. They had my business before, but I will not shop from them in the future. It was a waste of $140.
Edit: JJHouse offered a 30% refund for the dresses. That was the most they were willing to compensate. We are having to have our dresses completely redone. And another bridemaid who ordered separately from us had the same experience. We will never use JJhouse again and we would strongly warn anyone from using their site. It is not worth the risk of losing money to poor quality.
Edit: JJHouse offered a 50% refund. Still not what I would have liked for their mistake. But better than before. They worked with us which was good. "

"Hairpins are beautiful, but the roses are bigger than they look in the pic. And the pin itself is a little wide, I have thinner hair and they wouldn’t stay in place, and in general were just to big all the way around for me. If you have thick hair and a lot of it, I would say these would work great. The quality is of these pins are great though."

"We are proud to say that this coming year we are purchasing JJ's House dresses for our State officers for the Texas Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. We are a fraternal order of Ladies that work hard to raise money for various charities. We are old organization that dresses up for meetings. The mother of the brides dresses are perfect for our group. We have ladies from 21 to 98 purchasing dresses. Love that you can custom order so we all look good in our formals. We have purchased several dresses to see how they wear and found them to be of a high quality. We will wear our formals about 60 times a year so we need good quality that will last the whole year.
