"horrible, horrible, horrible. i placed an order on May 29th and haven't received anything as of yet (it's July 14th). i was charged but did not get any shipping confirmation whatsoever. i e-mailed them 4-5 times but got no response. tried to call but they conveniently didn't have a number listed anywhere on the site."
