I order Norton SystemWorks 2003 Standard from them. Ordering was effortless and their price was about the lowest I found for this product. The shipping charge was $4.95 which I thought was a little high for a simple CD (OEM copy). When I got the package in the mail, it was stamped with the USPS shipping charge of $0.73. So $4.22 I guess was for handling? Other than the high shipping charge, the order was painless and the CD arrived within a few days and was exactly what I ordered. I have no problem recommending them to others...just watch the shipping charge before placing the order!"
