And, the only warranty is a 7 day DOA warranty, where you are required to pay for the return shipping. Add to all this, the customer service department does not answer the phone nor return phone calls. They will, however, correspond by email, only to repeatedly state their policies, which require you to cover all costs on returning their defective products. I do not trust this company and the way they operate. I have no idea what kind of replacement product I will receive or even if they will just keep sending me the same defective product back to me.
