"Purchased proofreading service advertised as "The Ivy League Touch" for an academic paper. The cost was 9 cents a word and my total
came to $54.54. The paper that I received back had hardly any work done to it (glaring errors were left, only one paragraph had any markup, no comments were made -- all things specifically included in their advertisement). I contacted the company and was told I would get a refund. It has been 8 days since I was told a refund would be processed, so far nothing has occurred. Proceed with caution."
