"My experience with this seller was very positive, in spite of some real problems with the item I purchased. The NSLU2 I bought arrived as promised new and in the original packaging. It turned out to be defective, and I had some problems getting Linksys to honor the warranty. Joe (the seller) did not respond to my initial email, but when I tried again to contact him a week later he responded quickly and was very helpful. He contacted Linksys for me and got me the information I needed to get the warranty honored. In the end, he even refunded my shipping costs to send the unit in for exchange from Linksys. I would do business with them again."
