"They cancelled our order after 7 days without notifying us or resonding to email or calls, then increased the price of the product by 100 dollars immediatly, its obvious they are drop shippers and have no product at thier business..wont ever do business with them again.

"This web store shipped incorrect and cheaper computer hard drives than what we ordered. While we complained and requested for return and refund, they just replied that restocking fees might be charged even if all faults were made by themselves. And they said that the return package won't be accepted if there is no RMA number provided by them but they chose to ignore any of our requests including the RMA number for return. It means that their return policy is just for showing but not true. We recommend all potential buyers not to choose to purchase any products from them since you will take high risk to receive incorrect items and can't return and refund. This is our worst shopping experience and hope no one will experience it again. That's our worst experience."

I followed their recommendations to make sure that it wasn't working properly, but couldn't get it to work. I contacted IT Hardware Hub and got it returned for full credit.
