"So far the youngest review for this site is 2 yrs old.
I ordered a product from them on Nov 3, 2015. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that my "shipment is pending". No mysterious charges on my card I used to place the order. Cannot reach the company by the phone number listed and have not received a reply to my email inquiry regarding when to expect to receive the product I ordered.
I checked on their site's Order Tracker and it also says "shipment pending".
I will update if and when I ever receive the item I ordered. :/"

Also, noticed that their SSL certificates are no longer good, so watch out if you try to order. Looks like switch and bait scam from all the other reviews. Watch Out!!! "VERY SHADY COMPANY! ItemPond showed up on my Google Shopping search for cheap RAM, and I was extremely excited to see such a low price for the exact memory I required. The online ordering was very smooth (which doesn't mean anything if you never receive the product!). I never received a shipping email update, so I "tracked my shipment" on their site and saw that my order had been misteriously cancelled! I had no idea why, as my credit card had been approved and such. No cancellation email either! I have emailed AND called them a VERY VERY VERY many of times, to no reply. Their phone number is BS as well.... sometimes you get a voicemail message, other times a dead-line signal. This "company" truly does NOT stand up to its company motto/standard. I recommend NOBODY buy from this company, as you will NOT get your product, will NOT get customer support, will NOT get answers, and will be HIGHLY disappointed!!!!!! You are forewarned..."
"Ya, basically what other people said. Ordered an item on their site, advertised at a good price. So, happy that I found what I wanted at a good price, I give them all my personal info and credit card #... A few hours later they send me an email that my order has been canceled, but, oh joy, I won't have to pay for it. How generous. You have got to be joking. "How do you stay in business? I tried to purchase twice from this site. Two consecutive days, two order cancellations. The first notification came 4 hours after my purchase confirmation email. I went back to order another pair of laptop RAM at a slightly higher price and that was cancelled 17 hours later. Why advertise products you do not carry?"
"Same as everyone else I tried to order at one price. They came back FOUR days later saying there was a problem with it not being in stock. The price goes up 40% that is right FORTY percent!!! And guess what it still shows in stock. I do not know what shady stuff they are doing over there.

UPDATE: I submitted a complaint to the BBB for this store. The store responded saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. The item was not in stock. Also we have to make our price adjustment daily based on the market change." I suggest anyone else that has an issue with this store also file a complaint with the BBB."
