"Payed for an iPad and it never came"
"I bought a acer chromebook from I tech deals and at first glance, the chromebook looks like it's in decent condition and shipped in a reasonable period of time. It even works. However, the chromebook has a end of life of June 2022, when I bought it in May. Nowhere when purchasing the item, did it mention that the chrome book was pretty much at its end of life and therefore won't update any longer. This includes essential bug fixes and security updates. It will still work, but not safe for internet use as it is vulnerable to viruses and other issues. If it is only going to be used as a word processor and not connect to the internet it will be fine. Otherwise, it's just a paper weight."
"Was 15 day late and the iPad was broke when I received it and I can’t get anybody online or by phone so that I can return it"
"I ordered chrome book which came in extremely bad cosmetic condition with a big line at the center of screen. Upon reaching out to the support team they asked to sent it back on my own cost as the item is not "Defective". Even though I tried to convince and shared the photos of item handled so badly in past, they still refuse to take it back at their own expense.
STAY AWAY from them as the are selling extremely poor condition products terming them as refurbished. Very bad experience and wrote this review to save money of other people. Don't fall in their trap."

"I ordered a Chromebook from itech deals that was "refurbished". It arrived late and in horrible shape. It was completely banged up, scratched up, would not hold a charge and the screen was also heavily scratched. I contacted itech deals and after waiting and waiting and more delays, they issued a RMA. The cost to return the chromebook was almost 1/3 the cost of the item. I asked itechdeals to refund my shipping charges and they would not budge. Total deceptive item description. I will never order from this company again."
"I purchased an iWatch that was supposed to be refurbished and it was in very poor condition. The case has deep gouges and scratches and the face has deep. long scratches. iTechdeals refuses to send me a prepaid label to return for RMA. They also want me to spend extra to return it by paying for a tracking number or they say they will not accept the return. Very poor customer service"
"Bought a "refurbished" laptop from ITechDeals. Immediate, upon receipt I laughed at the level of "refurbishing" was done. Of anything, it appeared the Refurb Team dropped the laptop from a significant height, gouged it all over and took a hammer to the keyboard. On addition, the laptop needed an overnight charge to power up, indicating to me that the battery was worn out. I was granted the privelge of a return, requiring me to repack and deliver to FedEx. They inspected the return and asked if I would like a replacement! Honestly, if I saw this laptop in a thrift store for $5, I would pass on it. "
"I only received a portion of my order. So far I have sent at least 3 emails over two week and called twice where the message suggests you email them. I got one response after the 2nd email saying that my message was going to be elevated to a supervisor. Still no response. I don't think the savings is worth the hassle in the event of a problem. Life is too short. "
"I received a gift for Christmas and it was too small. I contacted Itechdeals.com to see about an exchange. They gave me the return information. They also told me that they would credit my method of payment. I explained again that it was a gift. I was then told that they would would exchange the item once it was received. I contacted them after it was received to be told they refunded the card on file. I ask why would you do that when you told me you would exchange. The woman told me they originally told me they would refund so they did. I have asked to speak to a manager with no response. Now I look bad for trying to exchange a gift and now I have no gift."

"Second time I bought from them...second time I got a broken piece of crap! Bought the apple watch, the same day I got it (bought for my wife bday) I had to check it out because of other stuff I bought from them...I thought maybe it was a one off thing...nope. If it says refurbished on this site..it means you are getting a broken piece of crap that will not work. Do not waste your time or money...The watch, was so filthy, you can see where someone had worn this and itech did not even take a moment to wipe it down (with covid 19 spreading). So if they did not even wipe it down, they definitely did not take the time to fix the inside of the watch! This site is like a garage sale, you get the junk nobody wants because its broken...so you sell it cheap enough to get rid of it and then ask stupid questions...like, did you try to troubleshoot it? Did you try another phone? What, you think we are all stupid... Do not buy anything from them and give it as a gift...you will make many sad faces when the item you thought was a great gift...is now a broken return...just buy direct from apple...avoid the stupid."

"They will send you a fake DHL tracking number ,it seems they ship from overseas ....and they will ship it may not ,a very bad product ....and if you return you will be charged ...it's a win win for them ....I heard other complain that they never got anything or every got a refund .....stay away"
"I have been waiting for package since Dec 15th it is now the 24th and package is stalled somewhere. They use multiple shipping companies for shipping and no one knows where it really is. I will never us them again!!!!!"
