While I was disappointed the system did not inform me the stock was low or unavailable, the owner took the time to personally call me to apologize and hear out my experience of the sale and to ask how they could improve the system to avoid it happening again to me or anyone. I appreciated the sincerity and the desire to improve and remedy the purchase experience. "
