They didn't arrive until lunchtime so I wasted an entire morning waiting for them .UPS needs to up their game or your company should choose a different delivery service! "

"As i had ordered from Rugs uk b4 i just ordered the same rug in a different shape. I ordered same colour Taupe. It came after ordering was easy + fairly quick delivery Price once again was good but on opening totally different colour it is more like a cream colour. The pic on their website was so much darker just like the previous 1. So use them as good but colours not as expected."

"Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website address. I purchased a rug for £79, when it arrived, the colours were nowhere near as vibrant as the pictures on the website. I enquired about returning it and was told it would cost me £61 as you cannot return them to their UK warehouse, they have to be sent to their warehoused in Switzerland or the USA........... I really wish I had looked at the "returns" section of their website first as I would not have ordered from them if that was the case. They did give me a "partial refund" of £24 but I'm still pretty much out of pocket with a rug that did not meet expectations"
