"It drives me crazy because Iron Fist has some of the cutest shoes around, but some of the WORST Customer Service I have ever encountered.
God forbid you have an error or question about your order. Customer service never answers the phone, and they take DAYS to email you back. When they do email you back, they are completely unprofessional and condesending.
The website times out, deletes things from your cart, and doesnt always give you your order confirmation.
They email you discount codes with no restrictions and no expiration, and then when you try and use them, they give you excuses on why you cannot."
