"This firm is horrible. Ordered an item on their site, was told a couple days after placing the order they don't have it and aren't going to order it until they get enough business to make up an order. Told them to cancel order, was told it would be 5 bus. days to issue credit. Am now on day 8 with no action on their part. What a joke."

"One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. No interest in customer sales--would contact and wait at least a day for a response. Had one order delayed a week because a salesman was not interested in helping me quickly, and when I tried to switch to another salesman (twice actually) I was shuttled back to the original salesman. I have worked in customer service, I was not being a rude/demanding customer, I was trying to have a basic order filled. The fact that none of my requests were honored shows that this company does not care for customer service. I ended up switching to another supplier, could not believe it took me so long to do so."

"I have always received great service from them. Shipping is a little high but I also live far from one of their distribution centers. I like that I can call and speak with a specific person. Allot better than those faceless companies where you are just a name or number."

"Outrageous shipping and handling. It was a small order granted, for $28.95, but I also paid $37.83 for S&H. Unbelievable. I live out in the middle of West Texas and have 100 packages per year sent here for to work related materials. This amount is Outrageous. I won't be doing or recommending them for anyone to do business with."
