"Tim Bruxvoort is the least helpful human on this planet. Over $1,000 spent and he provides exceptionally poor support; he fails to answer a simple clarification question, assumed I made changes to programming and asserted he would not support those changes. I suggest no one purchases anything from him over phone or web. Restocking fees=15% if orig. packing or documents (5 sheets of white 8-1/2x11 printer paper) are missing."
