Horrible customer service

"I purchased am item on sept 5 for my husband's birthday which is Sept 23. I figured that 2 1/2 weeks would be enough time to order it and have it delivered due to the pandemic. Well I still haven't gotten it. I called 3 days ago and was told by a person (who barely speaks english) that it wasn't even shipped yet! I said that was unacceptable and would notify my bank to stop payment. I was told it would be shipped and a few hours later received an email telling me it shipped. My bank account has not been debited and here it is 3 days after getting email and still haven't gotten it. It supposedly is coming by fed ex but I was not given a tracking number either.

"Watch out for Switch & Bait here. They won't tell you what shipping is so they charge you anything they want. On top of that they add service & handling charges and late shipping, so any discount you get ends up being more than what you pay at checkout. Customer service is NON existent, so if you call you get nowhere. Lastly, this stupid company sends you the invoice in the box with the credit card receipt which has the your Entire Credit card number on it, Brainless Idiots!

"InterTrade Mall sends items out for resale that are heat damaged faded and labels in disrepair...dont bother to try to get a call tag for returns , as they want you to pay for shipping yourself and then, as the rude owner states ,"they will determine if it is their fault , and if so repay your shipping.HA HA! We know what that determination will be. Avoid them , they are rude and you will not be able to get a word in edgewise because the owner is always rushed when addressing you and will tell you you only have seven days for a return, not stated on the site, to avoid reimbursing you...thats ok, I will eat the 125 dollars of damaged productin my orders and will send large orders elsewhere in the future. YAHOO ORDER"
