I had ordered 100 folders over 2 months ago and received several boxes from different shipping locations quite promptly. However several weeks ago, after looking back at the paperwork I realized I didn't have record of 23 folders arriving. I e-mailed their customer service. It took a weeke to receive a reply which appeared to be automated. I e-mailed again, explaining again that I need proof that I had received the other 27 or my money back. Their reply was tracking number of one of the boxes I had already received. Not so helpful. I e-mailed AGAIN and finally after two months I have finally received the completion of my order. I e-mailed them to find out why I did not get a notice back in August when I placed the order that It would not be shipped in full? I haven't received a reply yet. They HAVE delivered their item and at a reasonable price. But their communication and customer service is terrible and I wouldn't risk buying from them ever again, cheap or not. "
