"4 weeks ago I ordered a hat for $35.00 It never arrived. Innovato has since required me to contact their own shipper and ask for forms and paperwork to prove that their own contracted shipper made a mistake. I asked if it would be OK if Innovato contacted their own vendor since Innovato paid them already and I had no choice of vendors. After 4 weeks Innovato has lifted not a single finger for anything and refuses to refund or replace the hat. No product No refund. No service. This is the biggest rip-off con anywhere. Save your money folks. Save your time. DO NOT shop here."
"The ship time was twice as long as they quote it to be. I ordered a size 10 for my husband and they sent a size 8. When I contacted them, they said I didn’t order a big enough ring but I could send them more money and they would send another size 10. When I asked to return the ring, they said I would have to pay an exorbitant amount of money in shipping and duty fees to return it. This place is a total joke but I guess because it is not “made in the USA” this is what you get, crappy service and no recourse. "
