"Everything that could go wrong with this order did. Starting with we purchase a "brand new in the box printer". What arrived as a used printer in a box that had been patched up. Then there was the amount of time, calls and emails to get an RMA number. The company offered to send us a shipping return label. Then there were the calls and emails to get the return label. The company agreed to refund all of our money including the initial shipping becuase this was their error. Then there were the calls and emails to get the money returned. In the end, we did not get the initial shipping costs. BUYER BEWARE. WE CERTAINLY HAVE CROSSED THIS COMPANY OFF OUR LIST."
