"3 out of the 4 inkjet cartridges I received were defective. One did not print in blue, one stopped printing all together (it had 80% ink left), and the other prints poorly and after printing only a few pages, the ink level quickly dropped to 50%
I returned the defective cartridges for a refunds and after nearly 3 months, I still have not been refunded yet. My emails are ignored and when I call, I'm told that it's going to be processed.
