"I have been a customer for ears. When I submitted an online order yesterday, it asked me to complete a survey. That survey asked many irrelevant questions, such as my marital status. I inadvertently submitted it. I have called to try to discuss the uses of that information, and request the info be deleted, but they haven't called me back. Don't trust them"

They did credit me for the returned cartridges after I followed their draconian return directions and spent $10 to return the junk. Avoid this company, they don't know what they're doing. "
