"FRAUD. Buyer beware. Inkjet Remix practices illegal bait-and-switch tactics, charge your credit card, and then don't answer their phone. (The number on the web site and the credit card receipt leads only to a voice mail message, which is never answered by a human being.) They didn't send a confirmation or an invoice and you can't return merchandise without a tracking number, which you can get only via email but they don't respond to emails. Indeed, I doubt that the company really exists. They claim to be located in City of Industry, California, but give no street or PO address. "
