"I used to like Infonec.... I would choose them over Canada Computers any day for their friendly and helpful staff. I would even still purchase form them even though Canad Computers was $5-10 cheaper. But now...... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NCIX.

I just bought a monitor from INFONEC 2 days ago... ($10 more then Canada Computers) and now the monitor is on sale for another $40 less. INFONEC wouldn't do a thing to help me out.

Called NCIX they said they would price match and give price protection! So If I bought the LED monitor from NCIX they would have price matched Canada Computers and then a few days later matched and price protected my purchase!

I'm very disappointed in the store I used to recommend to all my friends.

"This company sold a product we had ordered (and tried to pay for) out from under us to someone else who bought all of the stock in the item we had tried to purchase.

Infonec's website and systems went down when they were due to process our order, and somehow the entire order was lost in the process. We phoned the day after we had placed our order and they told us there was absolutely nothing they could do because their "systems were down" (including their website).

After their systems came back up, no one, including the sales rep we had talked to earlier, bothered to ensure that all pending orders were processed. We phoned the next day and were told that there was no longer any stock in the item we had already ordered and provided purchase info for. The rep told us that one single buyer had bought all stock in this hard to find item and that they were not expecting new stock any time soon.

Basically, this company sold the product out from under us after we had placed the order.

"This is my first purchase at Infonec and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order on April 27th late at night, the next morning, one of their reps calls me to confirm my address and let me know to expect delivery tomorrow morning, April 29th. I know, some people might say "mehhh..." I'm talkin' over 550 miles here people and no extra fee for this exemplary service. That in my books is service.

They are now permanently in my favorites and the first one to go check out when I need new computer parts.

Thank you Infonec, Keep up the fantastic work and service you've provided for me.

"This company is OK until you buy a defective part from them...that's when they show their true color.Nonsensical arguments, a $25.00 charge to prove the item defective, finally no time to even look at the item (a motherboard in my case), sending the item back to the distributor because they have no time to test it (2nd motherboard), and, worst of all, no refunds on items found to be defective.......this company is a scam, plain and simple."

"This company is great, I have yet to go there and not leave with what I was expecting, in sealed packages. Pricing is great, but unfortunately no easy online ordering (I've heard you can do it over the phone tho)"
