"Placed an order for two case fans and a CPU cooler on September 12. Received a confirmation e-mail the same day, but never recieved the order nor any form of communication from them again. The confirmation e-mail gives a web address to check the status of the order, but it's just a copy of the invoice. I assume the order has been cancelled. No credit card charge was ever made as far as I know. Given this merchent's recent ratings compared with the lifetime rating, I'm guessing there's some major internal problem that needs to be solved before anyone should consider buying from them again."
"Today is Nov. 10. Order placed on Oct. 26 and there is not a word from them. I have placed 4 other orders on the week of Nov from other vendors and the orders have been delivered. There is NO phone to call them. They advertised as "ship within 24 hours." This is my first order and most likely will be my last.

"It is now October 4th. I placed my order on Sept. 19th. I still don't have all 3 items I ordered even though they were in stock and their web page says:
"All orders place before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day from Monday to Friday. All other orders will be processed the following business day."
My order that I placed on the 19th wasn't shipped until the 23rd. It was only shipped after I called them and asked if my order was shipped.
When my order arrived, it only contained 2 of the 3 items I ordered, even though I was charged for all 3 items. I called them on Sept 27th and asked where my 3rd item was. They said they would ship it out the next day. Its now Oct 4th and the third item hasn't arrived yet.
I would advise anyone against doing business with them. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had by far."
"I recently ordered from InflowDirect, and their customer support can best be described as terrible or nonexistant. I sent 2 emails within 3 days of having purchased the items, regarding the confusion about the paypal payment, but I never recieved an answer to either email. 14 days past, without either the package arriving, or recieving an answer to my emails. So I finally called the support number, wich by the way was not an 800 number, and therfore a long distance call, and explained the problem. About a half hour later, it was all sorted out, and I recieved the package 4 days later. Everything was as described. "

True that they don't offer an actual tracking option but that's fine. The CAF12 came in a very secure box with plenty of peanuts for cushioning. Everything came as advertised, brand new and unopened. Again, the price was what really attracted me. "

"I will make a point of not buying anything from this site again. I placed an order at 1:50-ish p.m. EST, which is more than an hour before they claim to send out purchases the same day. I emailed them on Saturday asking how to track my order, since their "Order Status" page doesn't actually tell you anything whatsoever. I emailed them the next day asking for my order to be cancelled. The next day, they shipped out my order. I emailed them asking if my other two emails maybe got lost, since I hadn't gotten a response for either of them. It's three days later, and I still haven't gotten a response from them.
