I ordered a video door phone almost 2 months ago now. When I purchased, the item showed up as IN STOCK and said it would ship within 1-3 days. 2 months later, my order still shows up as PENDING on the website.

I have tried every imaginable way to contact someone at this company and not a single response whatsoever.

I have elevated my claim to Paypal.."

I bought another DVR system 10 months ago and even before 1 year it was broken. Refused to refund or repair. "
