"I ordered some carbide inserts on their website and paid with Paypal. Shipping will be charged separately, I happen to live in Europe and is not automatically added when paying with Paypal. Instead of receiving an email with shipping costs they refunded the money. I ordered the item again, now logging in with username & password which I thought was the problem and received an order confirmation. That was the last I heard. Logged in a few days later and under my account the following text "FREE SHIPPING IN USA you did not pay for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING you did the same thing yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!".
Money was refunded again, but never showed up in my Paypal account. Sent an email but is not answered yet. So far I am not impressed with Industry Recycles."
