At this rate we wont be able to buy cloves or flavored cigs online so first off do your research... us duty free/tax free on tobacco is limited so for personal use you are exempt up to two cartons per shipment should the contents of your package be discovered containing more, you will be either required to pay the taxes due or they will return to sender. NOW that has nothing to do with the seller or the site so when you bought ten cartons and threw a tantrum that they wouldnt pay for additional shipping when it didnt make it through that did change anything for the better you guys order from foreign sites and then throw american laws at them... I placed an order four months ago and have yet to receive my shipment. After responding early in the saga, Indonesia Cigarettes have now gone radio silent, ignoring something like 30 emails.

They used to be a reliable and by most accounts reputable company, but things have gone downhill over there. Evidently their way of dealing with problems is ignoring them until they go away.

"I live in Massachusetts, and I've ordered Marlboros from Indonesia Cigarettes a few times, normally 10 cartons at a time. Very reliable, great communication, great product. It takes about 10-14 days to get the packages to MA. Their method of payment is a little unorthodox, but we are talking about tax-free cigarettes, after all. I've dealt with a few on-line cigarette companies, and have switched from one company to another due to freshness issues or unreliability (being out of stock for months on end.) I highly recommend this company, and I'm sure will be dealing with them for a long time.
April 2013 update--So, I wanted to deal with this company for a long time....but unfortunately have been waiting for a few cartons since January. I've contacted the company three times since then, and have gotten no response. No idea if I'll ever get the order. What a shame, they were reliable for a short while. "
"i have dealt with this company on 2 occasions and both times I have found them to be very reliable. The shipping to Europe can take up to 2 weeks but the products are high quality and reasonably priced. If ordering from the EU i would recommend only getting 1 carton at a time or customs may charge you extra, overall i would recommend this site as they have a good range of cigarettes that u cant get in Europe and which are v nice.
I also wrote another positive review for them last year in 2012 which i recommended them and I stand by it, I have never had any problems ordering from them from Ireland. This review is for an order i placed in July 2013."

"I recently (2/8/2011) ordered 2 cartons of Djarum Blacks, exactly one week later (2/15/2011) they were on my doorstep! I was amazed at how quick they came. The price did go up because of the payment method, but it was still WELL worth it! The total came to $80, $65 for 2 cartons and shipping, and another $15 for the Western Union international fee. I didn't think I'd be able to get cloves anymore with all the political/legal BS going on, but they came and they're just as fresh and delicious as the last order I got from these guys in early 2008! I'm not going to lie, the payment method seemed pretty sketch...you kinda have to moneygram or western union the money to some guy's name, and then e-mail them the reference number to complete the order. But I said what the hell, it's only $80, and am I glad I did it! :D Hope you all similarly great experiences, hopefully they just drop the BS ban in the US soon!"

"I ordered 10 cartons of Marlboro from this seller and never received them. The US customs sent them back and tracking said that they were not claimed by me! Which is a lie because they were not passed the US Customs in San Francisco. Now the store have it and asking me to send $35 more to resend it. The original shipping was $10 and now they are asking more than 3 times to resend when they know it will again be sent back to them. So I ask them to send my money back and they refuse although the product is undeliverable. I have spent $255 already and think anymore I spend is wasting money and I won't get my order. An honest business would deduct the shipping cost and would send the rest back to buyer. I don't advise anybody to buy from this seller.
Update 1/15/2011: Sent several email to this seller trying to find out what went wrong. Avoiding to answer my precise questions with bad English maybe pretending he doesn't understand. Finally I offer to receive two cartons less which is worth more than $48 in place of $35 shipping he is asking and all the sudden with a much improved English he answers "thanks for your review in resellerrate. I am not interested in communicating with you again. I've been trying to help you." And I wonder what kind of help other than trying to get more money out of me. If he really wanted to help he would accept my reasonable offer and send me something for my money. You be the judge!

The seller is undoubtedly a thief. I gave him benefit of doubt and send another $35 to resend me the cigarettes. It ended up being sent back again. In his email he claimed that only 1 to 2 percent of packages gets sent back therefore encouraging me the send the money. He wouldn't send it to a different country which I am visiting in Europe or send them in 2 parcels which would be less risky. He wanted them to be sent back to him so he could keep both my money and cigarettes. I would not trust the 5 star ratings he is getting here. He uses different IDs to write about his online store. He has answered people's online questions regarding risk of buying cigarettes from outside USA pretending he is a buyer from Indonesia-cigarettes.com and that he has received them with no problem. How can you trust a person like that. I even asked him to send me half of my order instead and call it even and he answered "never". The USPS tracking has no information about what was shipped, to what address and who it was shipped to and what were written to be the contents. He may ship one or two carton orders but I think on big orders he decides which he wants to steal and from the beginning sets it up to fail and meanwhile asks you for more money to ship them again. I don't even believe he ships you what you ordered in these cases, maybe writing something on the package to make sure it won't pass the Customs. It is a lot of money for that country. $300 is equal to one month GDP earning of Indonesia so be careful, don't deal with a thief!

"I've just placed my 2nd order for Djarum Blacks! I'm so glad this site is an option for us!! It took a few cigarettes for me to get used to the FRESHNESS of these cloves! LOL Until now, I was only used to the now-apparent stale Djarum Blacks I was buying in the US prior to the ban.
