"I had bought an Anarkali Suit from India Fashion Expo for a wedding. I received so many compliments from friends and relatives for my dress in the wedding. The stitching was perfect, workmanship was admirable overall a lovely experience shopping from this online shop. Will surely recommend to everyone. "
"I ordered 4 items (2 stitched 2 unstitched) from them in late sept for an event early November had not hear from them by end of oct contacted them they told me they would try to make sure I received by when i needed. Contacted them few days to ask them they said they wouldn't arrive by when i needed them on wed but they would arrive following sat as they had already shipped sat comes nothing shows up Contact again ask for shipping info they cant provide so Ask them to cancel if items arent already sent they swear items were sent. I open a dispute they create a shipping label only after dispute is opened and they only send the 2 unstitched items not the more expensive stitched items Shop literally anywhere else these people are dishonest and will likely cheat you "

I have ordered several times from indiafashionexpo and I have never been disappointed UNTIL i ordered my wedding dress and my entire trousseau of 10 other suits. My wedding lehenga was a TOTAL disaster and they refused to fix it or refund my money. They also did not send 3 of my suits that cost around $150 each. Out of the almost $1400 in clothing purchased I was cheated of $900. They refuse to respond to my emails and even phone calls. I have email and called countless times trying to contact Anu or Radha. I feel so disgusted, please beware....THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

"I ordered this suit to be custom made & in a different colour, lilac to be precise. As usual Customer services & the whole team have out done themselves. I was worried that the colour would not be right but was amazed when the suit arrived. It was the exact shade that I had wanted considering I had only given a description. The embroidery was neat & precise, giving the dress an expensive designer look. The fitting was also absolutely perfect, giving the whole outfit a high end feel. "I searched many websites for suits for plus size women, I found this “India Fashion Expo”. I was skeptical at first of ordering but decided to take a chance. I ordered two anarkali suits at the same time one was Salwarkameez5173ife and another one Salwarkameez5115ife. They worked with me to ensure I receive them both before a big family event. The color, the embroidery on the suits are impeccable. They are gorgeous Anarkali suit, the work on the suits are very heavy with sequins and Gota-patti. .. I am very impressed with the quality and the detail work on the anarkali suits. The suits was stitched as per my measurements. I wish we had the option to zoom in on the embroidery before we purchase an item. I took a chance and am very impressed and happy. Will definitely order more in the future with them...."
"6 weeks after my initial order, I am still waiting. Dealt with customer service. Initially very good. Once they got money that is when drama began. Some one called ANU asked specifically when I needed my Item. I gave them 18th Oct. Despite giving them 1 whole month to send it, this item was not shipped. I requested via email twice what is happening, Was told it will be shipped on 13th. After 3 days of public holiday. The dispatch online shows it was not shipped until 17th. Got every excuse from its public holiday here to blaming Australian customs. My tracking email was not sent until I inquired again. I paid express courier. Now I see this item is placed on "HOLD" and their courier cannot deliver for another 3 days. I wish I had read the reviews outside their webpage. "

"I have been shopping with indiafshionexpo.com for the past 8 years. I am a plus size women so finding the right size clothes was not easy for me. I searched a lot on internet to find an online shop selling Indian clothes for large size women and even tried some but the experience was not good. But since the time I have started shopping from this site I am really relieved. I get excellent customer service. I get all my clothes custom made which fits me perfectly. All my body measurements are already with them so after placing the order I don’t have to do anything. Their clothes are very rich looking and whenever I wear them I am sure to get loads of compliments from my friends and family. Now even my friends and family are also ordering from them since past few years. The delivery has been 99% on time in most of the orders placed with them. Being such an old customer and having placed more than 30 orders with them I even get complimentary jewelry matching with my dress whenever I have requested them. All their dresses are very reasonably priced specially with the quality they offer. Love shopping on this website and will totally recommend them to anyone. "
"Completely agree with Vasureddy! This company is a complete fraud and sham! I ordered (in March 2015) 2 dresses and only received 1. The one I received didn't even look like what I had ordered. I worked with "Anu" as well and she couldn't tell me why there was a delay and if I would ever get the 2nd dress, which to this day (November 2015) I have not received. I'm still waiting on a refund by "Rohan" which he had told me I would get, and I have not received that either. He's stopped responding to my emails. I had ordered it through Paypal and they told me to return the one I had so I could get a complete refund on the entire order. Turns out the post office lost the parcel and I'm out all that money. So definitely do not order from this site, unless you're okay with getting a huge headache and plenty of time to waste. They have no understanding of customer service...like typical Indians from there....always trying to screw someone over. I'm sure there's plenty of other people out there who have gone through this with them and I hope they begin to speak up. SO DISAPPOINTED!! Ustav is a way better site and I ordered from there...best customer service, great prices and received my dress in no time."

I ordered 3 dresses from Indiafashionexpo.com and received 1 dress after 3 months delay.
Never got any dress for the occasion for which i ordered. There was a contact person called 'Anu' who was working with me and never did anything promptly. After repeated emails her Manager that is what she calls herself the site owner 'Radhika' took over and she promised me to send my dresses asap. I received 1 dress and she did not even bother to check if the sent product was as specified in the website. I complained about it and she said if I am not satisfied with the dress then return the dress and we'll pay the shipping. The dress is returned but now there's no reply from her and they did not pay me the return shipping charges.
After a to and fro of 81 emails and almost 7 months i have nothing other than a headache and loss of my postal charges with these guys.
So don't trust this site. They are big frauds. Don't trust them.
