"I bought an aPad from them on their eBay store under the seller name "voguegogogo" (they also sell under "gobest-cn"). The product has arrived with huge delay and was not working. I wrote a bad feedback on eBay in consequences than they asked me to switch to a good feedback to get a refund + shipping fee. I have change to a neutral feedback and sent the not working aPad. They never refund me a $.
They cheat people by selling deffective products on eBay, force people to leave a good feedback and never refund what people are seding back to them. Bet that the same deffective aPad will be resell on eBay."

"I ordered a Android APad, and it's not working.
I immediately contacted them. They first asked me to do a lot of trouble shootings including resetting firmwares. I even shot a video to prove that it's not working. then they agreed to take it back for refund.
I paid $20 to shipped back and waited for refund, but they keep telling excuses such as sending me another one, their policy won't allow refund(Obviously, they are not reading their own policy), and they are even say that they have problem with their paypal account. so ridiculous !!.
It's been 4 months now, indeedbuy still don't want to refund me. I will keep asking for it.
People should never buy from this company. Their service is so horrible. They just try to rip you off, and take your money. "

Indeedbuy refuses to issue even a partial refund, and insists I pay shipping back to China, which would cost over $10 for a $40 item. Paypal wouldn't do anything, so I'm out $$$ and stuck with a keyboard I have no use for. I would avoid doing business with Indeedbuy.
