"bought a "tulip" dining room table that was supposed to have a marble top it arrived with a clay composite top and the base was 3 x bigger than in the picture and description on the website.
I asked them to exchange the table for the one I ordered or refund me. They told me they will not pick up the table, to "dispose" of a 200LB top and send the table's 75-100LB base without a box by FedEx and that they would refund me after they receive it! They basically told me to take this table apart which took three big guys to assemble and somehow "dispose" of a 200LB 48" in diameter top! This company is the worst and they will cheat you and will not stand by their product. They will ship you a product that will be completely different from what you order and then refuse to pick it up. They will make it impossible for you to return it and you will be stuck with the bill and the product you don't want. There are many other companies that sell replicas that stand by their products and exchange merchandise if the customers are not satisfied. At this rate, I would be surprised if this company stays in business. STAY AWAY AND ORDER FROM THEIR COMPETITORS!"
"Bought FEG lash enhancement. Took over 3 week to get so of course by the time I get everything together that's required for the return.. It's outside the 30 day policy. I paid TRIPLE the amount compared to Amazon. Amazon has the same product for $8 with free shipping. I paid $24. Ridiculous. "
"Purchased the Sculpt Coffee Table in April of 2014. The wood base was poor quality and faulty design. The wood base broke off, because it support the substantial glass top. Called the customer service, I was told it had been over a year and it's time for me to buy a new table. There's nothing they're can do about it. To add insult, they offer a 10% off on the same faulty coffee table. IKEA furnitures last longer than that.

I ordered an item 6 weeks ago, that was supposed to ship in a day or two. I still have not received it, or have been given accurate information as to when it would arrive. After numerous phone calls and e-mails I still could not obtain a straight answer.
The girl who I spoke to decided to put me on hold and not come back on the phone line.I never leave negative reviews, but I would not want to subject anyone to deal with what I have encountered dealing with Instyle Modern."
